These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AstroCorp (the “Service”), including our website and its published articles and downloadable templates. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AstroCorp publishes articles and downloadable Lean Six Sigma templates related to building and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Content and templates are provided for informational purposes as a starting point for your own work — they are not a substitute for professional consulting, legal, or compliance advice specific to your organization.

2. Accounts

The public site requires no account. An account is used only by AstroCorp administrators to publish and manage content; it is not available for public sign-up.

3. Downloadable Templates

Templates (spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs, and similar files) attached to published articles are provided “as is” for you to adapt to your own organization’s controls and governance. You are responsible for validating that any template you use is suitable for your context before relying on it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to access administrative functionality without authorization; interfering with or disrupting the Service or its underlying infrastructure; or using automated means to scrape or extract content at scale beyond normal browsing.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by AstroCorp and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Published articles and templates may be downloaded and adapted for your own internal use unless otherwise noted.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroCorp disclaims all liability for decisions made or actions taken in reliance on content or templates provided by the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroCorp and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
